About The Event
This ensemble had its beginnings on the streets of New Orleans. Led by trumpeter, Rodney Marsalis and on the advice of family patriarch Ellis Marsalis, the sextet breaks the barriers between music genres and really creates a connection with the audience. Whether playing popular music or his baroque piccolo trumpet, Rodney Marsalis and his group’s artistry has been enjoyed across the world.
