On the night of the performances, reporting in at 6:30 pm and serving as greeters, ticket takers, elevator monitor, and food bank donations.
Assisting with the set-up and take-down of the performance area.
Representing the GCAC at various community events.
Helping with the Season Opener, Meet the Artists receptions, and the Annual Meeting.
Getting advertisers, helping to distribute publicity materials, and writing promotional materials.
Updating and adding new content to the web site on a periodic basis.
Using Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In, etc.) to promote the GCAC and the events it sponsors.
Assisting with arranging, setting up, and supporting music educational activities at local schools.
Assisting with arranging, setting up, and supporting art educational activities at local schools.

Identifying and writing grant applications to help fund GCAC programs and operations. Grant writing experience is not essential; training will be provided.
Helping to identify fund raising opportunities and support the fund raising process.
